Huisong pharmaceuticals, a member of ahpa, is a sino-japanese joint venture, which is located in Hangzhou, china, specializing in manufacturing and supplying ingredients for natural medicines and health food. For decades, huisong has enjoyed a good reputation in international markets, especially in Japan.
Huisong operates two production facilities with combined manufacturing capacity of more than 60, 000 m2, have over 250 employees. Extraction is strictly carried out with adequate care as per the requirement of a particular product. Drying of extracts is carried out in spray / vacuum dryers under hygienic conditions. The dried extract is blended to achieve homogeneity and products are stored with adequate care. Concentration and drying operations are carried out with utmost care as it is during these two processes that a product is susceptible to degradation. Appropriate methods are used to bring down the bio-burden level in the extracts to internationally acceptable limits. Huisong Pharmaceuticals extracts are free from harmful bacterium and well within who limits.
Zhenyuan Chinese medicines research institute was set up in 1995, which specializes in plant inheritance, excellent species breeding and soil science, etc. It also emphasis on external new species cultivation and make great efforts to comply with gap standards. There are several regional planting bases with a total area of 2500 acres and an experimental farm of 50 acres with greenhouse and laboratory.
Under japanese qa system, we lay special emphasis on quality control. From the initial stage and right up to the finished product, we maintain stringent quality control. We own two in-house laboratories equipped with modern analytical instruments such as HPLC, UV, gc, aa. Bulk herbs are subjected to careful morphological and chemical analysis. Immature / infected herbs are rejected straight away. In-process tests are conducted at various stages to keep a quality check. Our phytochemicals, apart from complying with the botanical standards also comply with certain in-house tests devised by our R& D. Finished products are of very high purity and contain much lower levels of residual solvents than that prescribed in botanical monographs.
