HuiHuiwei Corporationi Corporation specializes in the R&D, mold making, injection molding, assembling of plastic and printer consumable products, and processing plastic consumable products of duplicator. Our range includes toner cartridges, plastic parts, metal/sealing parts, OPC drums blades/rollers, plastic molds and injection moldings. During the past seven years, we have built up stable business relationships with customers in more than 20 countries and regions. We are one of the biggest companies in China for laser printer consumables. We are one of the few manufacturers producing finished toner cartridges, as well as semi-finished products and related parts. Our product line is composed of 10 series, covering more than 60 compatible toner cartridge models and components for HP, branded, Epson, Samsung, Lexmark, Xerox, Brother and others. Working closely with our partner factory, we have built up an R&D team of more than 10 professionals, with an average of over six years&＃039; experience. This enables us to release three to five new items monthly, and quickly follow the latest developments from the printer OEMs. We have four workshops including a 3, 000-square-meter injection workshop and a 2, 000-square-meter finished product workshop. With these four workshops and four production lines, we have a monthly capacity of 200, 000 pieces. Our partner factory is equipped with advanced and accurate equipment. Implementing an ERP system, we have established a strict QC system in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 criteria. All products are RoHS-compliant and fully tested under a stringent inspection process. In addition, 60 percent of our finished products are subjected to a falling test, enabling us to meet our clients&＃039; various quality demands. We also provide CBU, SKD and CKD services.
