Human Lab Srl is an independent head hunting company, based in Milan and has been working since 2003. The company is authorized by the Italian Ministry of Labor (Prot. N. 9713 of 05.04.07) for the qualified personal search and selecting activity. Mission To assist companies in search and selecting of personnel mostly qualified for the exact business strategies, projects and to follow the companies in their new prospective, markets. Specialized sectors Human Lab is particularly specialized in some sectors of the labor market, these are: - Energy ( traditional and sustainable); - Infrastructure, Constructions, Systems and Real Estate; - Pharmaceutical, Medical and Biotechnologies; - Industry and Engineering; - Luxury and Fashion; - Editorial and Mass Media. Abroad HumanLab work on the whole national territory, paying most attention to the International research. By today, there are some geographical areas, where was involved our research and selecting activity, these are: - Eastern Europe; - India; - Middle East; - Africa; - Russia - USA; - Latin America; - Australia; Internationally, we are searching for: - Countrymen with a working experience abroad; - Countrymen available to be transferred abroad; - International resources. Profiles and functions We are looking for the positions on different levels, inside of every market requirement: - Executive; - Managerial; - Specialist. The functions can be: - Administrative; - Technical; - Commercial (including the sales agents). Team Our staff is very international, speaking different languages on the mother tongue level, having different cultures (from which are: Russian, Spanish, German, Italian, Polish and English).
