It is located in the scenic hometown of fireworks ?Liuyang city,   at the junction of the other two fireworks towns , Jiangxi province and Liling city. Within this beautiful environment, Hunan Hi-talin Fireworks Manufaturing Co. thoughtful, efficient and   hard-working managers and employees have grown this company into a large enterprise. There are more than eight million RMB fixed assets, an area of 600 mu, a full range of workshop facilities and more than 200 warehouses.
