In 1979, Mr. T. D. Chou, the president, set up his injection molding machine factory specialized in the design, manufacture and supply of injection molding machine. After accumulating over 20 years of experience, Huntai plastic co.,ltd have become one of the main suppliers of the plastic industry.
With the coming of furniture revolution, plastic was making headway in a market previously dominated by aluminum and wood. From a logistics standpoint, plastic products are preferable because they are lightweight. From a design point of view, colours are inherently molded into the part, so there is no paint to peel and they can be colour-matched to upholstery. In view of the above point, we decided to evolove in the furniture field and start to produce the plastic injection molding products for the furniture industry. Since 1995, we have prided ourselves in manufacturing star chair base, twin-wheel casters, PP armrests, chair covers, glides and other chair components that our customers can rely on. We manufacture our products that surpass SGS approval at ANSI / BIFMA X5. 1-1993 Quality Standards with only supreme quality materials.
