  Mr. Somyos phoneprasert and ms. Chamaiporn vivatwongtorn, the cofounders of the company, had always believed craftsmanship to be the core of thai heritage, which must therefore be preserved.   Somporn industries Co., ltd. Produces fabric covered handicrafts such as picture frames, jewelry and trinket boxes, lipstick and glasses cases. Handbag mirrors, cosmetic bags, desk accessory sets, pot holders, oven mittens, place-mats, tissue box covers and variety of bags. An overwhelming 90% of its products are exported to various markets around the world, including the us, the uk, italy, germany, taiwan and japan.
