International Engineering Products & Consulting (IEPC) is a product design firm. The Company's mission is to identify needs and opportunities for new industrial and consumer products, develop innovative proprietary products to meet these needs, and commercialize these new products. IEPC is primarily a design and development firm that commercializes its own product designs. It will market its technology through a combination of licensing agreements with IEPC Corp.ll-established distribution companies. Manufacturing and production is channeled through contract manufacturers, which mean that IEPC's manufacturing operations are scalable. For smaller production needs, the Company is capable of light manufacturing and assembly in-house.
