Imbis Germanov Ltd would hereby take the liberty to briefly introduce our Company.

IMBIS Germanov Ltd.  was found back in 1990 and was initially registered as Societe Commanditee. Later on , in 1995 the company was re-registered as Limited Liability Company.

The scope of activities since Company was founded has always concerned and served  the shipping business.

We were acting as Sole suppliers for the oil-well companies working in the Bulgarian shelf - Texaco, British Gas, Diamond Offshore, MI Drilling, also to have served all NATO and 6th US Fleet vessels calling at Bulgarian sea ports. /references available upon request/
