1: GENERAL
1.1   The Copper Cathodes (Sheets) (below called it as cargo) have the purity
of minimum 99.97 % conform to LME Grade A standards.
1.2   Country of Origin:   DR Congo
1.3   Port of Loading:   Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.
1.4   Destination:   CIF AWSP
1.5   Quantity: 1000 metric tons for the first spot shipment. The Buyer is
entitled to have the quantity and indira milk productsight inspected and checked by International
inspection by Cotecna inspection at Port of Loading costs by the buyer. The
weighing and sampling shall be carried out by International inspection agency in
accordance with standard and customary international practices. The assay report
from International inspection Cotecna shall be deemed the final settlement.
