  Cellular, PCS, CDMA2000, WCDMA, and GPS using advanced SiGe BiCMOS technology.

  RF tuner IC and SOC (System On a Chip) with direct conversion architecture for
  applications of DBS and DTV are being developed using advanced RF CMOS technology.

The single chip DBS RF Tuner offers
  ultra low power consumption (~1/5 of the competitors) and remarkable reduction
  of external components (~ 150 to ~ 50) by integrating ultra-wide band VCO and
  resonators on silicon, reducing the board area to one fifth of the competitors.
  Integrant's RF CMOS design strength is accelerating the digital consumer electronics
  to our better lives.

Integrant has 4 Korean
  patents and 2 US patents and 3 more US patents on RF
  circuit and systems are being prepared as of March 2002.
