1. Concentration or Brix (Cold Brix)  = 28/30 or 36/38%
2. Bostwick = 9cm/30sec.(cold brix measured at 12.5% at 20�
3. a/b value = 2.1minimum
4. Lycopene= 45gm/100g. Minimum
5.   ph = 4.2+ /-0.2
6.   Howard mould Count = 50%Maximum
7.   Heavy metals in Contents per kilo   = Tin-Under 200.0mg= Copper- Under 10.0mg = Lead- Under 1.0mg = Arsenic-Under 0.5mg
8.   Food COndition= Free from pathogenic bacteria, with no evidence of deterioration caused by the action of microorganisms.
9.   Inspection Report = Colour, Taste, Appearance of contents  should be normal.

Other Conditions:-
Tomato Paste should be free of GMO & plated well chosen tomato fields this avoids the risks of contamination of potential polluted areas. Tomatoes should be red and viscous with fine and distinct & even soluble solids. They should be free from seeds, without additives & preservatives and aseptically vacuum packed.
