Company Description

INTERPHOS Inc. was established in November, 1999 and is located at the Daedeok Valley in Daejeon Metropolitan City in Korea .
INTERPHOS Inc. provides the world market with the full line of the VoIP products such as Internet phones, residential gateways and home servers through the strategic alliances with the leading communication service companies in the growing VoIP communication market. The products are based on Embedded Linux, VoIP, xDSL, etc.
INTERPHOS Inc. continues to deliver VoIP communication solutions as Interphos Inc.ll. Our customers are enterprises, SOHOs and consumers. In addition, Carriers and ITSP(Internet Telephony Service Provider) are our partners as well as our customers.
In April 2005, INTERPHOS Inc. successfully developed DECT wireless IP phone which is expected to largely contribute to the Company's sales for several years as well as the SIP based IP phone.

The numbers of patents owned by ther key R&D persons in the Company are about forty five. INTERPHOS Inc. has been registered as a certified venture company by Small and Medium Business Administration(SMBA) in Korea since 2000. INTERPHOS Inc. was selected as a Promising Small and Medium Enterprise by Daejeon City in 2001, and won an official commendation as a "Venture Korea 2002~2005 Grand Prix" from SMBA in October, 2002~2005. In September, 2003, INTERPHOS Inc. won "2003 Pulver 100 Award." The Company got "2004 Mae Kyung Venture Grand Prix" in April 2004 and received a certificate of technology evaluation from Fraunhoffer Institute in Germany in January 2005.

Right after acquiring ISO9001:2000 certificate in 2002~2005, the Company's capability and potentials in both technology and management has been highly evaluated by the Government as well as the related agencies. The Company's sales are now expected to increase sharply in 2005 with the strong marketing activities.
