Intrepid Offshore Construction, Incorporated, began operations in 1998, providing Deep Water Installation consultancy to GOM International Oil Companies. Over the next ten years the company expanded the Consultancy Business by starting operations in Singapore to service the APAC region, offshore operations in GOM and Intrepid Offshore Construction, Inc.st Africa, and established an Equipment Division for the engineering, fabrication and delivery of Load Handling system.

The Marine Operations Division, located in Houston, Texas, specializes in:
