We supply cartons to Multi nationals like Unilever, Nestle, branded, Heinz, Tetley etc â?¢ Flexible Packaging â?? printing on various substrates and combinations of laminates possible followed by conversion. This is an area of growth for ITC where it has invested in value added technology for producing packaging using a diverse range of structures & substrates. â?¢ Tobacco Packaging Hinge Lid Blanks or Flip Top Packs in various configurations, Soft cup labels, display outers, pack inserts, bundle wraps, Promotional packs, inner frames, pre printed cork tipping and Shoulder Boxes The factories boast of cutting edge technology in all product lines of print & packaging â?¢ Cartons & Tobacco Packaging o 4 Gravure Rotary Die Cut Lines for fine quality paper/board based packaging ( upto 10 colors ) â?? including Bobst Riviera and Bobst Lemanic o 5 Offset and 1 Flexo Printing Lines for printed folding cartons o Combination processes like Offset gravure for speciality products o Secondary conversion - cutting & creasing, folding and gluing, hot foil stamping, Spot UV Varnish, window patching & lining, guillotine etc o Lamination and Fluting capability o Board - ITC has a state of the art backward integrated board mill which supplies over 40, 000 tons of paper board, paper and paper tissues. o These include both recyled and virgin food grade boards produced on a world class Valmet line with DCS controls and ECF Pulp . The combination of ITC board and print offers ITC packaging a value proposition to customers â?¢ Flexible Packaging o 3 Gravure lines ( Rotomec 4004 , 9 color , Schiavi Pulsar 9 Color) for printing on films & paper o Adhesive lamination (CL660) & slitter-rewinder equipment (Titan) , pouching machines o Backward integration into a Blown Polyethylene Film line and a CPP ( Cast Poly propylene line ) o There is further planned expansion of print , lamination (incl extrusion capability) â?¢ Services o Pre Press --The factories are linked with an Esko Graphics Pre press station + Apple Mac workstations, to enable in-house design and prepress. ï?§ Inhouse CTP ( computer to plate ) capability for offset ï?§ Gravure cylinder making - 2 Hell engraving lines with Xtreme engraving for fine text. o Fully integrated Quality Labs for cartons & flexibles for testing all critical parameters on Packaging The units are IS0 9000 and ISO 14000 certified. We have embarked on the IQRS (International Quality Rating System) journey towards continuous improvement of quality management systems & business excellence. The IQRS is a 10 level rating system developed by DNV Norway . IQRS is an amalgam of the EFQM ( European Foundation for Quality Management ) & the Malcolm Baldridge Award criterion.
