The Barite materials offered herein are intended for use in ?land based? drilling operations only. Jaime Luna make no warranty that the quality is suitable for offshore use, although that may prove to be true on occasion.  Cost and Freight for each shipment are for the seller?s account to US Port of Entry. All costs associated with US Port of Entry including, but not limited to US Customs and Homeland Security requirements and port services including, but not limited to, transfer and storage to buyer?s facilities to receive shipment will be to the buyer?s account. Any costs of interruptions to US Port of Entry operations, including but not limited to, weather, labor, and acts of violence, or any other delays will be for the buyer?s account.
Buyer assumes full responsibility for shipment and all costs when shipment clears Customs
