First of All, in concern to expand the business relationships with an esteemed organization like yJassar Multimaetalss, we are here to take the opportunity to introduce ourselves as manufacturers of steel castings & forging products. Jassar Multimetals is an ISO 9001:2000 certified company situated at Mandi Gobindgarh (Punjab) & is in the field of steel casting & Forging since 2005. We have a Steel Casting Unit with the ability of casting Steel products from 500 gms. to 1000 kg in all normal & special grades . Our Casting Unit is equipped with state of the art machinery & equipmets some of which are: Moulding Machine (3 No.), Shot Blast Facility & Heat-Treatmentas well equipped Chemical Testing Lab & also has arrangement for Physical Testing. We are specialized in casting of cement plant parts, crusher parts (high chrome, high manganese etc.). We also can supply other special grades like xxxxx, Adamite etc. The Forging Unit has a capacity of forging from 100kg to 6000 kg (single piece) in plain carbon & alloy steels. Some of our products under Forging are Rolls, Shafts, Gears and Cranks, Blanks etc. We are specialized in manufacturing & proof machining of crankshafts for heavy machinery & shipping engines etc. We have a well equipped Machine Shop with a numbers of machines. So, we are able to supply the products in machined form also. We also undertake different projects for proof machining work of special items like Heavy Machinery crankshafts, different types of couplings etc. either from forging material or castings.
