Jiangsu Bold Innovative System Engineering Co., Ltd. was founded in 1997 by Guanghui Yuan in Nanjing, China. During the first several years, Jiangsu Bold Innovative System Engineering Co., Ltd. has focused on high-end CANbus automotive ECU (Electronic Control Unit ) design. Based on Mr. Guanghui Yuan and his technical team's innovation and over 30 years' experience in hardware and software design, the company soon earns reputations in the automotive industry. With ISO9001 and later TS16949 certification our company begins to sell automotive electronics products including digital dashboard, body-control CANbus network for coach, FIC and other related products to major automotive manufacturers.

Jiangsu Bold has won the honor in the industry as one of the first in China to design, develop, and manufacture high-end CANbus electronics for automotive. With over thirty patented systems and products, we are a reliable OEM supplier to many of the major automotive manufacturers.

New energy is taking a more and more important role in automotive, marine, agriculture, transportation and every aspect in our world. Jiangsu Bold sees the opportunity in new energy driven vehicle, equipment, solar and wind energy system and other related products. We adhere to company's tradition, to invent, design and manufacture to meet customers' needs. Mr. Guanghui Yuan set up a new innovation team in 2006 and started to design advanced and intelligent charge system. While high performance batteries have made major development and been applied in all sorts of applications, they also demand an advanced intelligent charger. After nearly two years' research and development, Jiangsu Bold has launched the company's first switch mode intelligent charger.

During the two successive years, we have launched 6 series of reverse pulse battery chargers, including nearly 50 models to the global markets. In 2010, the brand name UltiPower was created by Mr. Bo, the chief export manager. Since then, Jiangsu Bold Innovative has begun to manufacture and trade new generation battery chargers under the name of UltiPower. The intelligent reverse pulse charger business later turned into a whole new division within Nanjing Jlstar System Engineering Co., Ltd. Till then there are more than 400 clients in over 60 countries using UltiPower automatic intelligent reverse pulse battery chargers to replace their conventional 3-stage or traditional transformer chargers and chargers with low technology. Nowadays, there are more than 40 models including advanced reverse pulse battery charger, heavy duty automatic battery charger, adapter style intelligent charger, and even rapid reverse pulse charger for mobile phone within the scope of the entire range. Meanwhile, with rich industry experience, knowledge and professional services, we also provide the entire solution for electric vehicle, battery powered application in marine, logistic, transportation, virtually all kinds of aspects.

Now, we have our own operations in China. Our main offices and R&D are located in Nanjing China, with 2 plants and about 120 people.
