Falonse Chemical Fiber Co.,Ltd. was established in December, 1998, with a 168000 square meter production area, 280 employees and total assets of RMB 393,000,000 yuan,at present the annual output of various specifications of Nylon & Polyester FDY, Nylon POY&DTY, monofilament yarn, nylon thread, and polyester thread, reaches 40,000 tons. The products are widely used in shell fabric, textile, spinning, fishing net, feather, decoration and other industries. Jiangsu Jinya Subfibre Company Limited products receive a high reputation and have a significant market share domestically and abroad. We mainly supply to surrounding area, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangzhou and Shandong, also have a group of long-term customers from South Asia, South Africa and Arabian countries.

Our professional technical team has 16 years experience in technical design and manufacturing. Due to the complete inspection instruments, we can meet the requirements in developing new products with new techniques and control the quality very well.

The whole process of producing Nylon & Polyester FDY are designed and controlled by computers. This improves our efficiency of quality control. The shrinkage rate of both Nylon & Polyester FDY is lower and more stable than most of other rival company. In order to satisfy different customers' demands, we provide two kinds of tenacity products for Nylon & Polyester FDY, one is 7.5 g/d, the other is 8.5 g/d.

We have improved monofilament equipments from 8-head and 12-head weaving into 18-head and 20-head weaving, for production efficiency. The 144-spindle draw machines have been upgraded into 168 -spindle ones. This effectively increases the production capacity with given power cost.

We follow the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Control and also have advanced technology and equipments. The president, Ms. Gulin, also as the president of Haian Nylon Fiber Association and the Vice-President of Haian Chemical Fiber Association, made an outstanding contribution to local Chemical Fiber Industry.
