All gear racks are widely used in CNC machine tool,CNC cutting machine, CNC milling machine,port crane, hydraulic crane, constrution hoist, Printing machine, wood engraving machine and so on. The precision grade of racks that Jiangsu Songyan Machinery Co.,Limited could reah range from DIN5 to DIN10.
  The material of gear rack that we use is as follows: Cast steel, forged steel, stainless steel, carbon steel,alloy steel,brass,nylon,plastic etc.
  Our Test and detection equipment includes:Gear measurment machines(MM),  magnetic particle flaw detector, common normalmicrometer,micrometer,inside caliper,outside diameter micrometer,etc
