Jiangsu Xiongyue Petroleum Mechanical Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd, a sized enterprise invested heavily by SLOF (Shengli Oil Field) Haotai Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd in Jiangsu province, professionally manufactures and processes complete petroleum machinery equipment and valves. As the network member of CNPC (China National Petroleum Corporation) and Sinopec Materiel and Equipment Co, Xiongyue has passed ISO 9001 International Quality System Certification, Special Equipment Manufacturing License from State Administration for Quality Supervision and Inspection and Quarantine(AQSIQ) and its products are API 6A-1143, API 6D-1062, API 16A-0263, API 16C-0151 certified and have the right to use organization’s symbol of API (American Petroleum Institute).
Xiongyue locates in Dongkan Private Pioneer Park, Binhai, Yancheng, Jiangsu, China, with the factory area of 85433 ㎡and the floorage of 58686 ㎡, which has over RMB￥100 million in annual sales. The workshop is equipped with various mechanical processing equipments, metal cutting machines, foundry equipments and physical and chemical detection equipment, NDT equipments, total of more than 180 sets.
Among the 326 employees in company for now, there are 42 skilled managers and 80 technicians, who are all experienced persons engaging in mechanical process and precision casting for years.
Xiongyue produces mainly valves of high- and medium-pressure series, whose nominal pressure is PN2.5-105Mpa and nominal bore DN3-500 mm. Besides, Jiangsu Xiongyue Petroleum Mechanical Equipment...llhead device of oil / gas production, casing head, BOP (Blow out preventer), choke and kill manifold, mud manifold, union, high-pressure movable elbow, flat gate valve, mud gate valve, plug valve, other drilling accessories and hydraulic pipeline are also supplied specially for oil field. All products are manufactured and processed in accordance to ISO/DF international standards, ANSI, API, National standard (GB), National oil standard (SY) and some other professional standards, widely applied in industrial pipeline project of petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, power station and project support. Beyond that, special products can be provided on the basis of customer’s requirements as well.
