Our company has possessed two American Gleason Phoenix 275G CNC and two American Gleason Phoenix 800G CNC bevel gear grinding machines, four No.137 and No.463 gear grinding machines, and 1,500 mm gear measurement center supporting to American Gleason M.M company with the complete set of IPSEN controlling atmosphere multi-purpose furnace heat treatment production line, over 70 host and auxiliary equipment in total.

With complete detection methods of products, we are equipped with heat treatment testing instruments for material physical and chemical analysis, mechanical property test, UT and MT, etc. The gear processing module is 2~30, Max, processing diameter of gear milling is d 1720mm, Max, through-hole diameter of main shaft of gear milling is d 320mm, Max, processing diameter of gear grinding is d 980mm, Max, through-hole diameter of main shaft of gear grinding is d 180mm, the highest precision grade can reach American AGMA Grade XIII, China GB11365-89 Grade IV, transmission ratios is between 1:1-1:10.
