Cold roll-forming steel production line is the key project of the 12th Five-year Plan for Jinan Iron & Steel Group Co. Ltd. (Jigang), with a total asset of 315 million yuan for the first stage project. The fJinan Iron&Steel Group Co.Ltd. Cold Roll-forming Steel Co. production lines are designed as following: 2000?6mm slitting line, ?189?6mm mill, LW1200?9mm mill and LW1500?6mm mill. The designed annual capacity is 300 thousand tons of products. World first-class mills and equipment are brought in for the key technical procedures to ensure stable and reliable quality and performance of products.
The main products are including as follows: square steel tube and rectangular steel tube for structures, steel pipe for structures, steel sheet piling etc.. We can produce various kinds of materials of cold roll-forming steel hollow sections such as plain carbon steel, low-alloy and high-strength steel, corrosion-resistant, low temperature resistant, high temperature resistant, composite materials and other materials. The square and rectangular steel tubes are manufactured with 400?00mm and 19mm as a maximum size and a maximum thickness respectively.
