Mould Factory of our company is a director unit of China Cold-bending Steel Association and an executive director unit of Shandong Province Mould Industry Association. Our company is the first-class professional production base for the cold roll forming moulds and welded pipe roll moulds. At present, our company has annual output of above 1,500 tons of moulds.

The shape of the mould has accurate design, deformation and fluid pipe-discharging. High-precision CNC machine can make the quality of the welded pipe be more superior.

According to the requirements of customers, our company can produce various moulds which are used for all kinds of pipes, such as round pipes, cold roll forming pipes, circle-square pipes, square pipes, small-diameter thick-walled pipes, large diameter thin-walled pipes, FFX forming pipes, and double-curved straightening rolls. The materials are adaptable for GCr15, Cr12, Cr12MOV, 3Cr2W8V, 5CrNiM~, 9Cr2MO, H13, H13K, rare earth high-chromium wear-resistant cast iron and other materials. The diameter range of the round pipes produced by our company is from 8mm to 710mm, and the maximum square pipe can reach 400mm. Products of our company have been sold throughout the country and exported to the foreign markets, and are well received and recognized by the customers both at home and abroad.
