We used the alumina powder (produced by the famous Japan and Germany companies) as the material to produce the Ceramic friction discs, which is stable and steady. We adopt the isostatic pressing techniques during the disc’s forming processing, so the discs have high tightness (≥3.92cm3), ceramic grain is tiny（average 5μm), and the hardness is high and uniform（90±1）, and the quality of friction ceramic discs are all come up to advanced world standards.
