Jiyuan Zhong fu Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded in 2003,located in Jiyuan City, Henan Province. Jiyuan Zhongfu Mechanical Making Co.,Ltd mainly specializes in open die forging, heat treatment and machining. We have a batch of heavy machinery equipment, experienced staffs and a strict quality assurance system. And we have very intensive cooperations with domestic leading heavy Industry groups, such as Taiyuan Heavy Industry, Northern Heavy Industries Group Co., Ltd., and our products have been exported to Japan, Russia, India, Turkey , Europe and other countries and regions.Our forging workshop has a 2000-ton hydraulic press, a 20-Ton full hydraulic manipulator, three heating furnaces and two annealing furnaces(used for large-scale forging orders).The forging piece is formed by oil-hydraulic press. We can produce all kinds of shafts including solid, hollow and multi step forgings. Also we can produce section of circular, square and rectangular shaped forgings.Our heat treatment workshop has 2 x 8M pit quenching and tempering furnace, 2 x 11M pit quenching and tempering furnace,2 x 6M box type furnace and 2 x 15M box type furnace. We can supply kinds of solid & hollow round steel bars, rollers and shafts’ normalizing, quenching and tempering.Our machining workshop has many sets of metal-cutting machines, including 1M x 12M Heavy Duty Horizontal Lathes,8M and 12M Deep Hole Drilling and Boring Machines,1M x 8M Grinder,6M Milling Planer,6M and 8M CNC Gantry Milling Planers, Metal Band-Sawing Machine and Large Vertical Machining Center. We can supply all kinds of round and square forgings’ finish machining. Our mainly products includes forged rollers, forged shafts, casting pipe moulds, mandrel bars, stabilizers and bearing seats, etc.Our company has a scientific and strict quality control system and passed ISO9001 certification in 2007.In addition to this, we have a long-term cooperation with SGS and BV company to ensure the quality.
