JLMAG has invested 100,000,000 RMB (approximately 14,700,000 USD) to create a complete production chain from rare earth mining, rare earth separation, to related products&＃65292; and the annual production capability can be achieved to 3000 tons. As the permanent magnets have been widely used in modern energy industry, such as wind turbine generator, hybrid electric vehicles and etc, we devote ourselves to producing high-performance, high consistency and high reliability Nd-Fe-B magnets.
Most of our manufacturing equipments are imported from ULVAC in Japan, including the latest Strip-casting Vacuum Melting Furnace and Six-chamber Continuous Vacuum Sintering Furnace. While the test facilities are from ESPEC in Japan, including the HAST, the Thermal shock tester and etc. Meantime, JLMAG drafted the national standard of ?ind Turbine Low-speed Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generators?with the leading domestic research institutes and manufacturers.
JLMAG is honored to have Professor Tang Renyuan as our independent director, who is the Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, and also the director of National Engineering Technology Center for Rare-earth Permanent Magnet Electrical Machine.
