    Jiangsu Joinhand Textile S&TCo., Ltd wasestablished in Dec.2009.Its predecessor was the state-owned JiangsuHuayuan Textile Co., Ltd,which was founded in 1958.The registeredcapitalwas 20million dollars andthe total investmentisonebillion RMB.Thecompany owns an area of about 9.53 hectares and more than 800employees. Thecompanyspecializes inpolyester yarn, polyester sewing threads and some other relatedproducts. Currently,thecompanyhas many branches including two spinningmills, one Joinhand Textile S&T Co., Ltdaving mill and one twistingmill. Spinning mill:The spinning millhas a production capacity of 85000 Spindle. With the great support of the latest domestic and overseas spinning equipment, its annual output reaches nearly 20000 tons high quality yarns. Our yarn products are mainly 18-60S high-end pure polyester sewing threads, such as pure polyester 20S/2、40S/2、50S/2、60S/2、20S/3、40S/3. In the meantime, we also develop and produce some eco-friendly and functional yarns, such as soybean protein yarn, cool-dry yarn, far infrared yarn and nanometer negative ion yarn. Weaving mill: It owns 300 sets imported air jet loom, which can produce multi variety series lining fabric, such as Taffeta. Its annual output amounts to 20 million meters. Twisting mill: With the help of 150 sets domestic advanced doubling winder and twister, it can process more than 4000 tons high-end sewing threads.     In view of long-termdevelopment, the company has availably made a complete qualityassurance system and a modern enterprise management system. Itapply the world's cutting-edge spinning technique to reform thetraditional industry, and then produce high quality virgin andrecycled polyester yarns and a related series of products.
