Company Description

The company has one 20-ton electric arc furnace, fJSXS 200 tons of horizontal tensile testing machine, 315 tons of two horizontal tensile testing machine, 1200 tons a plate bending machine, ten 50 tons lane, eighteen 32 tons lane, two 4.5m × 5.5m × 9.5m electric heat treatment furnace and one 5 m × 6m× 13m electric heat treatment furnace. Company has well testing equipment such as one world&＃039;s most advanced optical spectrum analyzer, two universal material testers, two impact testing machine, two impact test cryostat, two gap manual broaching machine for impact test samples, two projector, four magnetic defect detector and several ultrasonic fault detector and some other advanced testing equipments. The Company adopts the most advanced production line in the world, thus the largest anchor which we produce can be up to 50 tons, and the annual production capacity of our company can be up to 36, 000 tons. We have already got the approval from such Classification Society as CCS 、ABS、NK、LR、GL、BV、KR、DNV、RINA、RS. We also passed ISO9000 system.
