Johnson's are market leaders in the export hay markets of Japan, South Korea, China, Taiwan, South East Asia and the Middle East. Johnsons have Hunterwood hay processing plants in South Australia and Victoria which allows us to produce hay bales in varied sizes and JT Johnson & Soights to suit customer needs. Production capacity in now around 200, 000 metric tonnes of hay and straw per year for the world markets. The pellet mill is located in South Australia. Johnson's can formulate specific rations to suit customer demands. Johnson's are producers of garden products such as pea straw and certified organic soil improver mulch pellets. Our innovative technology and ecosafe quality control systems ensure our customers receive the best quality product and service available. Johnson's are one of the few hay exporters in the world to x-ray big bales before processing. The company is currently under fourth generation management and remains 100% family owned.
