HISTORY

K Tech Electronics was founded in 1995. Since 1995, the number of employees and the turnover increased constantly. In 1999, the company introduced on the market its own brand Ultra PRO. At the same time, the company diversified the activity and a sister company was founded Ultra PRO Computers oriented exclusively towards end-user needs.

Committed to our long term strategy, we expand the distribution chain all over the country, in order to offer our customers high quality services and products in a timely manner, to be close to them and meet their expectations.

During 2004, we opened 16 new distribution centers and we plan to open more than 10 this year. Now, we have 65 distribution centers in the most important cities of Romania. At the end of this year, we will cover the entire area of the country, having at least one distribution center in each county.

The competitive advantage of our distribution network is the availably of products and services in each county.

SALES STRUCTURE

60% of the turnover is obtained from distribution and 40% are sales to end-users.
