Park his margin money in to escrow A/c on his own name.?Interest Rate of the Loan about 3% to 4%p.a. i.e. (Libor + 150 basis point (100 basis point = 1%) i.e. 4% p.a.)  ?Loan Duration is Maximum 10 Years.?RBI Clearance is required to get the remittance in India.?Hazing Charges near about 1% paid by the borrower in India.?Interest paid end of every year.?Moratorium Period depends on the Project.
