KATA was established in 2008 as a joint stock company based in Hanoi, Vietnam. The deputy director - Dao Trong Anh has over 20 years of experience in construction field. He had his university education in Slovakia through a government-bond scholarship. Back in Vietnam, he has been working in the Concrete Department of Vietnam Institute of Building Science and Technology (IBST) since the late 1980s. Through many major projects he did for IBST in Vietnam , he has established long-lasting partnerships with many people in the field and built a good reputation for his competence and integrity.
