Katmandu is a dye sublimation house specializing in custom production of fabric for apparel and finished goods. Katmandu manufacture custom sublimation sports apparel for tournaments, events and actual use. We sublimate, cut and sew and drop ship. We do one offs, low runs and high runs of custom apparel. Custom sublimation bike and cycle, BMX, skate, fishing, corporate jerseys and polo shirts, rash guards and event jerseys(unlimited colors and artwork)We have templates and so sizing, grading, cutting and use CoolMax, Kat-Tech high performance fabric by BTC. We also work with roll to roll and cut lay downs and have a private label division. We use Vapor Dye for contoled sublimation that is wash rated. Our new Kat-Tech high preformace fabric comes in jersey and poly-lycra 6.2 oz and 10.oz material. It wicks faster is UV rated and is both lab and field tested.
