Keikakuin is proud to be the first company to provide Japan Quantity Survey system. Keikakuin Group have extended experience in analyzing how construction cost is handled internationally, examining materials and processes that go into various construction projects. We aim to bring a new perspective, an effective way of managing cost in construction business, by providing logistic support in analyzing and placing procurement orders and assuring the quality of our clientâ��s project. We believe that the role of Quantity Surveyor is significant for both client and contractor sides. We have experience and skills to generate effective cost management, even when a construction project starts with a deficit budget, which is seen in some cases in Japan. Our cost management service is not limited in projects in Japan. We have led projects in China and Dubai to success, and we are expanding internationally. We would like to spread the idea that effective cost management can bring higher result in construction business. We are looking forward to working with companies who are hoping to expand in this globalized market. Keikakuin’s group company, @Design Works provide support determining the decency of budget and placing procurement orders for construction businesses utilizing the massive information database gathered from all over the world. Our extended knowledge and information enable us to provide effective cost control which meets our client’s need. For example we handle FFE orders for hotels, business and entertainment complex facilities.
