Before World War 2, coconut oil is popular for cooking and food products of people around the world. Because of Great East Asia War, coconut supplies were cut, many food industries in USA developed polyunsaturated oil such as soy bean oil, corn oil and sun flower oil to use instead of coconut oil. After World War 2, coconut oil came back to USA. The business competition between coconut oil and other oil had been dramatically increased.
