Kisco Castings take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as one of the leading manufacturers of steel and S. G. Iron Castings, with the capacity to manufacture quality Steel & S. G. Iron Castings weighing upto 10 MT single piece in various grades like IS, BS, DIN, ASTM, GOST etc of National and International grades. We are an ISO-9001:2000 company registered with ICS-No. RQ91/486.
We are manufacturing steel with latest technology. After melting the scrap in the furnace, we take the liquid metal into the refining laddle and after argon purging and refining the metal, we cast the material. We have specially designed ladles for the desulphrisation and magnesium treatment for the manufacturing of S. G. Iron Castings.
Our plant & machinery is equipped with all the necessary quality control instruments such as ferro-alloys & B. P. Sets preheating oven, immersion pyrometer with recorder, argon purging system, shrouding arrangements etc. We have two oil fired heat treatment furnaces, (Size 4 Mtr X 4 Mtr and 6 Mtr X 2.5 Mtr) fitted with six pyrometers and temperature indicators along with six point temperature recorder. We are manufacturing the following products.: -
1. Steel & S. G. Iron Castings in all grades, single piece upto 10 M. T for Cement Plants,
Sugar Mills and Engineering Industries etc.
2. Alloys Steel and S. G. Iron Rolls for rolling Mills, tube mills and paper plants.
3. Alloy Steel Bars & Rounds rolled and forged.
4. Alloy Steel Ingots for forging units.
