In 1991, Mr. Juan  A. Caser with family filed a Small Scale Mining Permit (SSMP) in Cagayan de Oro , Bureau of Mines, Region x. Five( 5) members  applied and KitcharaoMarbleIndustryre granted twenty (20) hectares  each. The SSMP was approved in 1992. That same year ,  the family business operation started with Manual Tile Cutter and Trimmer, producing marble tiles used for flooring, walls/building construction. The market areas are within Surigao del Norte , Agusan del Norte , Davao City, CDO and other neighboring provinces in Mindanao.
By year 1995, the Company filed a Countrywide Industrialization Fund (CIF) loan and was granted 1997 which lead to acquisition of Automatic Block Cutter  amounting  1.7M which could produce triple than the usual  manual cutter . That  time, Kitcharao has been known to have quality marble tiles, including hydrated and agri-lime produced by some group of cooperatives organized .
March 1998, Mineral Production Sharing Agreement (MPSA) was filed to acquire 147.422 hectares mining area.  Aug.13, 1998, newspaper publication. Dec.1998 Radio Broadcasting 
Dec 1999. Dr. Kyriacos Louca of UN Development  Program,  a Greek  Consulting  Geologist, exceptionally  well experience in the Geology and  Mineralization personally conducted a geological – economic evaluation of marble deposits of Kitcharao Marble Industries .Dr. Louca concluded thevast deposits of limestone  in Kitcharao.
But year  2012 MPSA application been denied inspite of  completion of all necessary requirements .
With much availability of  cheaper  imported Mariwasa tiles the company sales was affected. Due to high production cost the company operation slow down and eventually put to stop.
Mr. Nathaniel T. Caser,applied for a Quarry Permit and  got it  approved  last October 2013.
 Currently, gathering resources thru Department of Science and Technology (DOST) to venture in limestone production: agri-lime/crushed or hydrated lime to meet the needs in Nickel/ Mining companiesin Mindanao particularly in provinces of Surigao del Norte,  Caraga Region.
