Our activity on the local market in Bulgaria has given us the opportunity to get known in details with special features of Bulgarian environment corresponding directly with honey quality, to establish strong and permanent relations with local producers from different parts of our country and to learn in details the requirements for chemical and biological characteristics of high quality natural honey. Always before collecting the honey from producers we examine it in authorized laboratories. Only after we have found out that the honey covers requirements of DECSION 2001110EC, DECSION 200534EC, EU regulation (EEC) 2377/90 we buy it. In that way we are sure that we deliver to our clients what we have promised. This has made out activity on domestic market a very successful one and gives us the opportunity to look at other markets where we have found out that high quality Bulgarian honey is appreciated and demanded.
