Korea is a leading semiconductor manufacturer. HoKorea E&S. Co., Ltd.ver, unfortunately the country heavily relies on imported basic chemicals. To tackle this problem Korea E&S launched 100% domestic production of the chemicals as a venture firm.
  Manufacturing MLB and Semiconductor BGA boards require a variety of process and agents.

Oxidization, one of those processes, enhances adhesion between resin and copper traces located at each board. The chemicals used for this process are largely imported from foreign countries. The company's efforts are expected to succeed in substituting 30% of those chemicals with the Korea-made ones. Our efforts to develop other kinds of chemicals will continuously be underway.
