We are able tomanufacture according to the customers' desired specificationsbut, in addition, our creative staff can provide support to developproducts and entire collections.The overall working process inKosovatex has been divided into two major processes: planning andproduction. The planning process includesmeeting the customers,accepting theirorders, preparation of technical documents, analyzing the originalsamples and production planning. Furthermore, the productionprocess has been divided in five departments: Modeling, Cutting,Sewing, Laundry and Finishing Department.Modeling Department First in arow is modeling department, this is the place where everythingstarts. This is the place where the designers draws are becomingreality. Our modeling department has been equipped with LectraSystem Modaris software. Modaris has been the standard for thebiggest names in fashion industry. Designed to respond to the fullrange of issues faced by apparel companies, it contributes toon-time delivery and garment quality and fit. Cutting Department The second step in theproduction process is cutting the modeled materials. Precise,perfectly and timely preparations are must in our production. Thatfor cutting department has been equipped with the most high-techautomatic cutters with spreader. Along with the trained and skilledworkers we possess the winning combinations. Sewing Department Technology used insewing department is from the world best sewing technologyproducers Vi Be Mac, Brother and Juki. They have been chosen forsewing technology both automatic and semi-automatic machines astheir driving concept is Mind and Technology. They are ensuringoptimal seam quality, optimal productivity, and minimum energyconsumption.  Laundry Department Withup to date technology our Laundry department may satisfy even themost specific requirements from our clients and meet the highesteco standards. We possess full equipped laboratory for realizingnew jeans developments. We do dry laundry process which makesspecial washing with 3D solarium machine as well and other standarddry procedures as: scrapping, buffing, destroy, etc.The wet process section is fully equipped with last generationmachines from Tolkar and Tonello enabling stonewash and bleachingon the jeans.The last but not least part in our laundry department is thesection for dyeing process. This section is equipped with TlokarsSmartex machines of the latest generation specialized for dyeing.Also we have data cellular system for analyzing fabrics and specialmachine for testing fabrics.Having on mind that Laundry department is working with differentkind of liquids and materials necessary for treating the jeans inKosovatex we have implemented the highest eco procedures andstandards in order to keep clean, safe and healthy our environment.Finishing department The finalstep is where the quality control of the pants is made, to ensureclient satisfaction.
