1) Delivery : CIF Singapore.
2) Quantity : 10,000~ 30,000 MT per delivery
3) Payment : payable by Irrevocable, Non Transferable DLC 100% at Sight.
4) Condition : Seller should issue PB to us before we issue L/C.
5) Please provide us with your term of selling procedure - Price, Name of your Refinery, and Loading Port.
