Ktt Endustriyel Urunler A.S non-woven textile producer with a closed area of 6.000 m2 located in Nilüfer Industrial Area, Bursa - TURKEY. Towards to our customer&＃039;s inquiries and demands we can produce from 80 gr/m2 to 2.000 gr/m2 of needle-punched materials with maximum width of 6, 5 mt. Our production capasity is 150 ton per month especially using Viscose or Polyester combined products. Towards to our customer&＃039;s demands we can use Polypropilen, Cotton or other fibers as the raw materials of the product. The business groups we work with are; House-hold, Artificial Leather, Confection, Labor Safety, Automotive, Furniture, Shoes, Medical, Isolation and other business&＃039; related with technical textile and their products. The products we produce for theese business groups are; Cleaning clothes(wipes), Mops, Floor Cloths, Scrubber Sponges(for dish washing), Felts for Artificial Leather, Under Collar Felts, Protective masks, Fire-proof Felts, Felts for Electric Blankets, Felts for Automotive Industry, Air and Oil Filters, Anti-static or Regular Felts for Shoes Industry, Felts for Medical Industry, Felts for Isolation Industry and Technical felts for different purposes. Theese products can be demanded by rolls or as finished products inside the plastic bag and carton box. The finishing applications which gives the last shape to the product are progressing in our company. As finishing applications we have the machines of ; Rolling&Cutting, Cutting&Folding, Packaging, Perforation, Punching, Calander, a fulard system for Printing(95 report) and an Artos branded Ram machine(24 mt length) to dry up afterwards, Lamination, Embossing and stitch-bonding(maliwatt) machine. In our company we have mechanic and electronic workshop to service our machines and to make small machinery systems devoted to our production. Also we have a laboratory to make quality tests of our products. Beside these machines we have a scrubber sponge production plant who has the capacity of producing its own scrubber fiber by a production line of 22 mt lenght. The other operations we are doing in this production plant are ; Cutting vertically, cutting horizontally , multi cut, grooving, laminating(the scrubber fiber and the foam)and packaging. Ktt Industrial follows the advancing technology closely to answer domestic and international variable demands. Therefore Ktt Industrial proceeds to develop new products for the market.
