Kumho Electric, Inc. has been illuminating Korea with various lighting solutions, ranging from general lighting to IT display lighting and Kumho Electric Inc. has been leading the lighting industry of Korea with steadfast enthusiasm.

Our company acquired KS mark for the first time in Korea and obtained Q marks for all of its products. And our technological capabilities have been acknowledged as the best in the lighting field by obtaining several prizes and certifications such as energy winner prize, ISO 9001, environment- friendly mark, and certifications for the high energy-efficiency products. On the basis of these accumulated technical advances, we developed Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp (CCFL), a crucial component in LCD TVs and monitors, for the first time in Korea.

Furthermore, we are recently celebrating our cutting-edge technology at home and abroad by developing 2000mm CCFL for the first time in the world and we are also enhancing the status of Korea by developing and supplying BLU units for color mobile phones, laptop computer, and LCD TV based on these outstanding technological accomplishments.
