Our factory covers an area of 40,000 square meters, and our main plant building area is 10,000 square meters. We are located in Laigang District of Laiwu City, Shandong Province, enjoying convenient transportation and abundant materials. Our company has one set of 4000T open die press machine, one set of 50T operation machine, two sets of 50T traveling cranes, five sets of gas heating furnaces and five sets of post forging heat treatment furnaces. Our biggest forged steel ingot is 45T and the biggest forged steel bloom is 45T. Our annual output is 50,000 tons, supplied for the machine industry of petroleum, chemistry and metallurgy. Our company has established advanced physical & chemical labs with the instruments of UT machine, impactor, pull-test machine, metallographic microscope and C&F analyzer. The tests of UT, mechanical properties, metallographic and chemical analysis can be used according to customers&＃039; requests. We have 120 employees, including 20 professional technicists and 3 senior engineers.
