LEADER CASHMERE LLC, a medium sized, wool and cashmere producer was established in June 2011. The washing and combing plant is located Murun soum, Huvsgul aimag, which is 650 km far from the capital city and is one of the biggest factories in the region. . The factory premise has an area of 4500 sq. m, has a capacity of washing 300 tons of wool and cashmere per month, combing over 8 tons of wool and cashmere. The company has warehouse with capacity to store 1, 000 tons of products. In past three years, the company processed 4000 tons of wool, 650 tons of cashmere and 180 tons of camel wool; supplied 1200 units of felt and felt products to domestic and foreign markets. The pure wool /combed wool/ is sold to domestic textile factories, People&＃39;s Republic of China&＃39;s carpet factories, construction companies of Japan under contract.
