Linyi Pengshun Trading Co., Ltd is the traditional cast products manufacturing enterprise. It is famous company for producing the ductile iron products, gray iron products, and other mechanical casting products. For many years Linyi Pengshun Trading Co., Ltd. leading company of Chinese casting field. The company production capacity: various casting products 10, 000 tons. More than 500 staff in the workshop, no less than 80 engineers and technical personal in the lab. Their passion work make the company always produce perfect products. The advanced equipments as follows: molding production line, hot air cupola, ductile iron induction furnace, gas hot galvanizing furnace, Desktop annealing furnace, Q3210A crawler cleaning machine. The products insulator iron caps, mainly used for the national power construction and high voltage transmission project. Detail model as follows: suspension type insulator cap, tongue type insulator cap, insulator base and base flange, insulator pin, insulator spindle, link fittings and other electric fittings, about 100 products. The export products take about 50% of the company production capacity. We have established a perfect set of product quality control system which included the raw material purchase to finished products delivery. We have physical laboratory, ductile iron laboratory, metallographic laboratory, inspection room, nondestructive sorting room. So many testing methods make sure all the parameters of our products can reach the IEC standard, the products material reaches to QT450-10 standard. For 10 years, our product was assessed as AAA grade by the China Porcelain Institute. In the year of 2007, we got GB/T19001-2000 idt ISO 9001:2000 quality control system certificate. Now, our products were sold to national famous insulator company in Nanjing city, Suzhou city, Xi�¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½an city, Chongqing city, Tianjin city, Dalian city, and also were exported to America, Italy, Russia, Ukraine, Thailand, South Korea, India, Indonesia, etc.
