Company Description

Priluky plant - "Belkozin" - is unique company in Ukraine and one of the few in the world. The company is specialized in production of artificial collagen casings for sausages, frankfurters and other food products. The raw material for the production of collagen casing is reticular layer of the dermis are taken from the healthy killed animals (hides splits) which is received from tanneries. Safety of raw materials is to be executed according to the demands of the Veterinary Certificate and conclusions of sanitary and epidemiological expertise. The main component of the hide splits is structural protein collagen, which ensures mechanical strength of the casing and their physiological value for the human body. The quality of the raw materials, semi-manufactured products, finished products are controlled during production of casing. The control ensures the quality and safety of casings. Safety of products for human health is confirmed by the conclusions of sanitary-epidemiological expertise. The enterprise established and certified the quality management system according to the requirements of standard ISO 9001: 2008. Currently, the company works is underway to establish integrated system which includes the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008 and 22000 standards (management system in the field of the food products safety). We set the following objectives to reach the above-mentioned, : requirements analysis and ever-increasing expectations of customers; modernization of equipment and development of innovative technologies; ensure continuous staff development of the company manufacture of products; according to the expectations of the consumer and according to the demands of the international standards. "Priluky plant - "Belkozin" - provides on the market the artificial collagen casing with the diameter 13-75 mm, possessing different customer properties which allow to use our casing to produce different kinds of sausages: cooked, cooked-smoked, Semi smoked, uncooked smoked, dry-cured sausages, smoked meat products small sausages frankfurters It should be mentioned achievements of the company: developing the production of edible casing ALFA (?G, ?G+) for frankfurters and small sausages realization of the project for applying of release coating for easily removal of casing from sausage and to establish into serial production of this casing (type LS); patented and implemented the technology of applying on the casing the grids for smoking (packs) of different weave. Sausage products in the grid especially cells in the form of the hexagon have high demand, as they are extremely attractive because of the elegant appearance and an unusual shape loaf. The main types of printing: one-color printing on the front side of the casing; two-color printing on the front side of the casing; M-3 - three colors printing on the front side of the casing; M-4 - four-color printing on the front side of the casing; M-5 - five color printing on the front side of the casing; M-1 +1 - one-color printing on the front and one color printing on the back side of the casing; M-2 +1 - two-color printing on the front and one color printing on the back side of the casing; M-3 +1 - three colors printing on the front and one-color printing on the back of the casing; M-4 +1 - four-color printing on the front and one color printing on the back side of the casing; M-5 +1 - five color printing on the front side with one color printing on the back side of the casing.
