Heat treatment department maintains skillful staff, mature process, advanced machinery and sticks to ??ne product, single furnace??as its core Philosophy. Electrical pit furnaces are equipped to keep heat in accordance and protect work piece from deformation. The controller is imported from Germany to keep precision with 0.0075. Cooling mediator are completed including 450T water, 450T combined quenching liquid, 120T quenching oil and 120T saline water.
Main heat treatment equipment are ?5.5 ? 2 M Electrical Pit quenching and tempering furnaces, ?1.6?8 M Electrical Pit quenching and tempering furnaces, ?3.5X4M Electrical Pit quenching and tempering furnaces and ?2.5?2m Pit Hardening and Tempering Furnace.
Main forging equipments are 3150Tons Forging Press, 2000Tons Forging Press and 800Tons Quick Forging Press,. 8400Tons and 18500Tons Hydro-Presses in CITIC Heavy Industry can be used for large-scale forging orders. The largest weight of forging is 350T and casting is 600T.
Main machining equipments are 2.8?6m Fixed-Beam Gantry Type Boring and Milling Machining Center, ?3.5m Vertical Lathe, ?1.8?8m Horizontal Lathe and Deep Drilling and Boring Mill.
