Today, HI-TECH PIPES LTD is a M/S HIGH TECH PIPES LTDll Known & Trusted name in India for manufacturing & Exports of Black & Galvanised Steel Tubes, Hollow Sections, Pre-Galvanised pipes, Precision Tubes, Cold Rolled sheets / Coils, Galvanised plain / Corrugated sheet, Structurals etc.
The Company is accredited with ISO 9001 certificate HI-TECH PIPES is having the state of Art manufacturing facilities, close to Delhi, at Sikandrabad (U. P. ) , in a huge campus spread over to 1, 00, 000 / -sq. mtr. which produces the numorous products as per various National & International Standards. The Installed capacity of the company in 1, 75, 000 M / Ts, per annum.
1. STEEL TUBES & PIPES: We have a wide Range in Steel Tubes & Pipes for
different purposes.
( a) MS ERW Black & Galvanised Pipes: 15 mm NB to 300mm NB.
( b) Hollow Sections (RECTANGULAR & SQUARE) = various sizes upto 200mm
( c) Precision Tubes & pipes for conduit purpose: 12mm to 75 mm OD.
( d) Pre-Galvanised Tubes for conduits etc.
( e) Crash Barriers / Guard Railings.
APPLICATIONS OF PIPES & TUBES: Transmission of water, Air, Gas, Industrial fluids, structures, scaffoldings, sewage, Conduits, Fire fighting, Air Conditioning, Furniture, cycle industry, fencing, Tubular Poles, Communication Tower, Space frames Automobile sector etc. etc.
Towards our National responsibilities we cater to the demands of Basic Needs for Irrigation & Drinking water supply schemes which are backbone of any country. We supply the pipes & Tubes to various Govt. & semi Govt. undertaking for their Irrigation & drinking water supply schemes. Our pipes are widely used in various Important Projects in India and abroad having national & International repute.
2. C. R. Coils & STRIPS: We have six 4-high Precision high Speed Cold rolling Mill to produce the CR Strips up to 1000mm wide to cater to the demand of highly sophisticated industries e. g. , Auto sector, Drum & Barrel manufacturer, Furniture, Tubes, Engineering Industry, Bi-cycle industry etc. some of critical equipments of our plant have been imported to get best results as per world class standards. The Automatic Gange Controller (A. G. C.) has been installed to maintain highest accuracy & consistant Thickness of coils / sheets.
