Established in 1994, the M and U International is a privately owned and with 100% foreign Ukrainian investment, sole propership with registered capital of some US$40,000 and over US$100,000 total investment, and located in Ulaanbaatar head office and in Ukraine also branch office.  
The company employs a workforce of seven, including four engineers and two quality assurance staff, at its offices and building material shop and other employees with more than 40. Annual revenues are around US$100,000, approximately 10 percent of which is accounted for by import from the China, Hong-Kong, Taiwan, Russia, Ukraine, other Russian old Soviet countries, Germany and Korea.
M & U International Co., Ltd. is a Joint Venture business specializing in construction and importing building materials.
